Visiting the shops
Both shops are open 7 days a week, 8 AM – 7 PM, and take walk-ins. The Oakland Park shop at 250 NE 44th St also has a 24-hour lot with a key drop box. Estimates and approvals
Every job follows the same steps: inspection, photos, a written estimate, and your approval. Send photos, your VIN and any claim number through the estimate form to get started before you visit. When the estimate is ready, approve it from the link in your text or email.
Warranty and claims
Repairs carry our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty at both shops. We also help with factory warranties, extended service contracts like CarMax MaxCare, and insurance claims after accidents and floods. Details are on the warranty page.
Brands and services

Payments and paperwork
Every repair is documented on an invoice, along with the photos from the inspection. Keep both: it is your proof of service for your factory warranty, your extended-warranty administrator and our own 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty. Fleet customers can set up an account with consolidated account billing, so every vehicle lands on one statement.
