Service standards
All vehicle inspections, maintenance and repairs are performed by qualified technicians using professional standards of care.
Estimates and authorization
We inspect your vehicle and provide a written estimate before any work starts. We perform only the work you authorize, whether you approve in person, by phone, or through the approval link we send by text or email. If we find something new during the repair, we contact you for approval before doing additional work.
Warranty
Repairs carry our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty, honored at both shops. Ask for the full written terms that apply to your repair. Warranties on certain parts depend on the manufacturer or supplier and will be disclosed when they apply. Please keep your invoices and warranty documents for future reference. See our warranty page.
Limits of liability
Prestige is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, manufacturer defects or unauthorized modifications.
Vehicle pickup and storage
Please collect your vehicle by the agreed pickup date. Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees.
Vehicles left using the after-hours key drop box at our Oakland Park shop are left at the owner’s request. We contact you the next morning before starting any work.
Refusal of service
We may refuse service in cases of unsafe vehicle conditions, misuse, or failure to follow shop policies.
Calls and text messages
